Hi, I’m Bella Reynolds.

I am a habit mindset and performance coach. I believe in the transformative effect of moving from a habit robot to a habit master – of merging a change of habits with a new mindset to create a life full of calmness, fulfilment and probably a shitload of fun.

Habits are a good servant, but a bad ruler. Ignorance is not bliss – we can’t be in control of our habits if we don’t understand them. But once you see your patterns, you have a choice. And this is where the good stuff is.

I have been in business for more than 25 years. I’ve created workplace wellness programs in the mining, agriculture and education industries. I’ve run yoga retreats, have trained in the Aaruka® method, and now specialise in this habits and mindset space.
