How does private coaching work?

1: A Goal-Setting Workshop

Our first coaching session is a little longer than the others – we spend a full hour working on designing a really clear goal for our time together. In the words of James Clear: ‘the benefit of a goal is that it tells you what system you need to put in place to actually achieve the results you want.’ At the end of this workshop, you’ll already be adding tools to your habit toolkit and have actionable steps to take that week.

2: Personalised Habit System Design

Once we’re clear on your goal, we’ll co-design a personalised system using my Lasting Change Formula, customising it to fit your goals and routines. You’ll book in all of your sessions, so we have a weekly check-in and accountability session.

3: Regular Accountability Sessions

Each week, before your session, you’ll send me your tick sheet (you’ll learn more about what this is!), your wins, and any notes of anything you want to be coached on that week. You’ll also receive recorded resources, exclusive to my private clients, full of advice and concepts you can listen to or watch whenever it suits you.
